Rev. Joseph and Linda Wingo, together with their sons Wes and Andy Wingo, are the pastors of Emmanuel Praise Church, a non-denominational church located in Monroe, Georgia.  They were ordained by the late Rev. John Osteen and the Rev. Joel Osteen of Lakewood Church located in Houston, Texas.

The Wingo family is committed to bringing Christ to others by providing affordable food to those in need in communities throughout the country.  Through Angel Food Ministries, their principal of giving others a hand up and not a hand out is the cornerstone of their ministry.

Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing food relief to communities throughout the USA. 

Our own parish has joined in this effort under the direction of Deacon Steve Gies.  Orders can be placed after Mass on designated Sundays or follow the link below to place your order on-line.  A box of Angel Food can be purchased for $30.00.  A box has an average retail value of $60.00.  The average box weighs around 21 lbs. and and has enough food to feed a family of four for a week or a single senior citizen for almost a month.  There are other specials available each month that can be purchased in addition to the regular box.

• Go to www.angelfoodministries.com and go to the drop box with the title "find host site" .
• At "host site" place the zip code for St. Joseph's Parish in the zip code box.  The zip code is 44260.
• A list of host sites within 10 miles will appear below.  Select the button to St. Joseph's Family Parish.  This will direct you to a page where you can place your order online.
• Hit the online button with your cursor and return key.
• The online ordering page will appear.  Place your order following the single steps.  You can pay with a debit or credit card online only.
• All food ordered online must be picked up at St. Joseph's School Hall the day indicated on the order form.  Make certain you print a copy of your order to bring with you the day of pickup.
• Thank You for placing your order with us.  For every box and special you purchase, $1.00 will return to the church to assist the parish in outreach ministries.
